Instruction:An effective household cure is to make tea from the seeds of coriander, cumin and fennel to cleanse Ama (waste), from both the intestines and urinary tracts. Take 1 teaspoon of each seed and boil together in 1 liter of water, till half of it remains. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
