Description
Shilajit is a mineral mass formed by plants slowly decomposing after growing on very mineral-rich mountains and is found in small amounts at relatively high altitudes. This mass is therefore bursting with minerals and nutrients that have already been converted into biological form by the plant - ready to be absorbed by the body and cells. It is rich in many amino acids and plant-based minerals in their most biological, ionic form, it is also naturally rich in fulvic acid. It has been used for thousands of years in Ayurveda.
Note! Shilajit is a mineral rich product that is naturally hard when concentrated and may need to be pried out of the jar with a food knife. If it needs to be softened, add a few drops of water to the jar, close the lid and leave it overnight to soften. Other brands that offer soft shilajit simply have a little more water in their product.
