Description According to Ayurveda, KAPHA consists of two elements - earth and water. It is heavy, slow, cool, slippery, smooth, delicate, thick, stable and cloudy. KAPHA provides structure and solidity in the body; It gives the consistency needed to maintain a specific form. Performing an energetic massage with Lapha massage oil warms up, adds vitality and a feeling of lightness. It warms up muscles and joints, moisturizes the skin, helps balance the KAPHA dosha in the body. Ingredients: Sesamum indicum seed oil, Ocimum Sanctum leaves, Glycyrrhiza glabra stem, Iris germanica root, Mentha piperita plant oil, Zingiber officinale root oil, Eucalyptus globulus plant oil, Lavandula plant oil. Instructions for Use In Ayurveda, it is recommended to perform body oiling (abhyanga) as a daily routine before showering or bathing . Apply to skin before bathing or showering, massaging until fully absorbed. Note:-Product for external use. Do not use in children.
