Description: Tulsi seeds or basil seeds are an excellent Ayurvedic remedy for the stomach and intestines. They swell up to 30 times their dry weight when they absorb water and are very lenient on the GI tract. They are also rich in fiber and vitamin A.
Instructions: Take them morning and evening, around 30 minutes before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner. Let 1 teaspoon of the seeds swell in 2dl room temperature water for 10 minutes. Stir and drink the mixture.
