Description:
Amla or Amalaki which is also called Indian Gooseberry is one of the most C-vitamin rich fruits available. It is therefore categorized as a superfruit. Fully grown it is slightly see though and as big as a lime.
Apart from the C-vitamin boost Amla is used to balance the stomach's function in Ayurveda. Amla is also rich in iron, calcium, phosporous and dietary fiber. The fiber also gives to a gentle laxative effect.
Ayurveda pays special attention to the digestive system and many of the problems that arise in our bodies are related to a malfunctioning digestion. Amla improves the uptake of other food and herbs we eat.
Amla is not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Each capsule contains 250mg of Emblica officinalis fruit extract.
Inactive Ingredients:-microcrystalline cellulose(diluent), Di calciumphosphatedihydrate(diluent),Magnesium stearet(lubricant), colloidal silicondioxide(glidant).
Capsule: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water/ Mikrokristalline cellulose(emulgators), Calcium phospate, Magnesium stearate, Silicon Dioxide
Dosage: 1-2 capsules taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below:
1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee
1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too)
1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar
Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
