Terminalia Chebula 10mg
Trigonella Foenum Graecum 10mg
Dosage: 1-2 capsules taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water.
Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
