Description: Gokshura is extracted from the fruit of a plant that is found in sandy and warm climates in India and Sri Lanka. The herb has long been used for men's physical vitality within Ayurveda. Gokshura is tridoshic, it can be ate by Vata, Pitta and Kapha persons. Each capsule contains: Tribulis terrestris 250mg Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
