Description: Vasaka (Malabar Nut Tree/Adhatoda zeylanica) is well known in Ayurveda for its effectiveness in respiratory tract problems. Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Ingredients: Vasaka / Adhatoda zeylanica plantextrakt 250mg/tab. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
