Description: Triphala is used in Ayurveda to support the metabolism. Triphala is a combination of three fruits: Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. The uptake of the herbs is improved when prepared in this form with ghee, it is then called Ghrita. Dosage: 1 teaspoon twice daily, mixed into a cup of warm milk - preferably cow milk but plant-based milk is also suitable. Ingredients: Each 10g contain Ghrita (Ghee) Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) Dct 1.798g Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica) Dct 1.798g Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) Dct 1.798g Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) 0.674g Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica) 0.674g Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) 0.674g Payas (Milk ) 21.585ml Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
