Commiphora mukul (Guggul)
Guggul is the valuable gum resin extracted from the sap of the Indian myrrh tree (Commiphora Mukul). Traditionally, Guggul is tapped from the trunk of the balsam or myrrh tree. Its Indian name Guggulu means: "that which protects against diseases". Ayurveda values the resin with its bitter, pungent, sweet and astringent taste as a Rasayana that can calm all three Doshas. Guggul is especially recommended for Vata or Kapha imbalances.

Each tablet contains 483 mg of organic guggul. Other ingredients: organic tapioca starch, opadry nutrapur (organic maltodextrin, organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm oil, organic guar gum)
