Description: Giloy is a shrub that grows in India and surrounding countries. The herb's leaves, root and stem are used in Ayurveda but primarily the stem. This is organically grown Giloy stem. Each capsule contains: 325mg Giloy Stem (Tinaspora Cordifolia) Vegetarian cellulosa (capsule) 100% Organic ingredients. Dosage: 2 capsules, twice daily, morning and every evening, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
