Description: Heart Guard is a mixture mainly of Arjuna combined with Reetha and Moringa. These herbs complement Arjuna's effect and have long been used in Ayurveda for the heart. Each capsule contains: Terminalia Arjuna / Arjuna300mg Sapindus Trifoliatus / Reetha 50mg Moringa Oleifera / Moringa 50mg Vegetarian cellulose (capsule) Only organic ingredients. Dosage: 1-2 capsules taken twice daily, morning and evening. Take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Do not take more than the suggested dosage.
