Description: Osteoseal is designed for the skeleton. It contains Harjor which is a natural mineral rich herb which also contains high levels of Calcium. Biologically available supplements of Calcium or any other minerals are easier to take up for the body than chemically produced ones. It also contains Shatavari (Asparagus). Each capsule contains: 200mg Harjor / Cissus quadrangularis 100mg Sahijan Leaf / Moringa Oleifera 50mg Shatavari root / Asparagus racemosus Vegetarian cellulose (capsule) 100% Organic ingredients. Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
