Description: Pudin Hara from Dabur is a mint extract that is used for stomach problems. Its a quick and natural solution to a problem many have. Mint has been used for this reason all across Asia. Contains: 30 ml Mentha Piperata extract. Dosage: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract with half a glass of water and drink it. The water should be room temperature. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
