Contains the following: Krishna Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Rama Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Kanel (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) 100% Organic content Instruction: Take 1 of Organic Ayush Kwath teabag in a cup and pour just boiled water (70-100°C) and keep infusion bag in cup for 5-10minutes and enjoy. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be out of direct sunlight.
