Description: Organic Tulsi Gotu Kola Tea from Organic India. Tulsi/Basil is a herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurveda for its healing/adaptogenic properties. Gotu Kola is a herb that has been used within Ayurveda to support the mind and body with calmness. It is also an excellent braintonic. Contains the following: Krishna Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Vana Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Rama Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Brahmi (Gotu Kola / Centella asiatica) 100% Organic content Instruction: Take 1 of Organic Tulsi Gotu Kola bag in a cup and pour just boiled water (70-100°C) and keep infusion bag in cup for 5-10minutes and enjoy. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be out of direct sunlight.
