Description: Organic Tulsi Green Tea from Organic India. Tulsi/Basil is a herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurveda for its healing/adaptogenic properties. Green tea is traditionally used to support the metabolism and give the body more energy It contains caffeine naturally that also activates. Contains the following: Rama Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Krishna Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Vana Tulsi (Ocimum gratissimum) Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) 100% Organic content. Instruction: Place 1st teaspoon of Organic Tulsi Green per cup (120ml) and pour just boiled water (70-100°C) directly onto Tulsi leaves and infuse for 3-5minutes or longer. Add natural sweetner if desired and enjoy. Double the streegth when serving iced. Best when consumed without milk. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be out of direct sunlight.
