Description: Include this Kapha balancing tea in your daily routine. You will notice its positive effects slowly but surely over time. The mixture contains nothing other than organic dried herbs, make sure you mix it around before taking a scoop so that you get a little bit of everything.
Ideally you should boil 1 liter of this tea, transfer it to a thermos and drink from it continually throughout the day.
Ingredients:
Ginger*, cardamom*, coriander*, turmeric*, clove*, muscot*

Dosage: Bring water to a boil and add 2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture. Let the ingredients boil for 5 minutes, siv into a cup and drink at warm temperature. To sweeten you may add honey or agave syrup once it has cooled to a drinkable temperature. Too much heat eradicates the health benefits of honey.
